Red Bloom Festival

The Red Bloom Festival is a week-long celebration that starts every third week of March. It celebrates the victory at The Battle of Rougeford, in which due to the red algae bloom in the Red Delta , The Outside Powers mistook the algae for the blood of their warriors and retreated ultimately ending with Greater Yorkett gaining independence.
In modern times it is a celebration of the city itself. Food and drink take a prominent role, however, there are plenty of things to do from each faction within the city. Music fills the air, art is on display, displays of power, wealth, and community come from each district of the city.
In the year 765 the party received a Red Bloom Festival Brouchure outlining all of the activities to take place that year.
