The Two Americas

The year is 2078 and the way of life is in serious peril from the Translucence ravaging every part of the United States. Despite the chaos and ruin that has resulted in it, America still somehow finds itself under rule by a man who holds the cure in his hands: James Corrigan. Instead of healing everybody he holds the cure for only those he deems worthy and he builds a city high above that he names Soramerica.   The way of life for people in Old America is hanging on by a thread until various groups of rebellion start rising up against the empire; the biggest of them being one known as the Sentinels. Despite that, they still can't seem to get where they need to bring the empire down and bring the US back to it's regular or semi-regular state.   Though, an enslaved cage fighting woman named Seren might just change all that.       This world is the setting for Bitzsoi's novel series: The Soramerica Sagas
