Kartarshi (Carr-tarr-shee)

The Elven kingdom of Kartashi lies on the eastern part of the continent of Sellistia. It is ruled by King Ferrion and his wife Queen Reylarya. This is the oldest country in Eidoris and used to span over Sellistia before the kingdoms of Bale-Shom and Puthe were founded and pushed the elves eastward.
