Oktar of the Huns
Oktar of the Huns is a number of wights, skeletons, and zombies plundered from old Hunnic tombs on the Eurasian Steppes. He is regularly put into divisions of troops along with other wights to act as low level commanders. He was awakened by the same magical energies that raised many of his kin, and the same energies helped to retain many of his previous experiences.
