We, the guarantors as in the Crown of Phoenicia, will aid in travel, maintains general access, and protection of said region. We can withdraw this privilege at any time. It will be in perpetuity no matter who else shall control the region in the future.   You, the mining family, shall supply your own supplies, initial miners, equipment, and any necessary troops you feel necessary. All copper or other minerals fall under mineral rights as with 15% profit, whether in goods or coin, shall go towards regular monthly payment shall go to the Crown. All other profits to go to the Snow clan, with primary tin sales from the mines in southern Britain to come through us.   Any discoveries of ancient artefacts, treasures or information is to be passed to the Crown representative for inspection and notes taken. Anything of worth, when sold, to be split evenly or hidden away as per agreement in an abandoned shaft until it is decided what to do with it. Anything dangerous is to be treated similarly, placed in an abandoned shaft with safeguards in place to seal the shaft accordingly.   Addendum - All mines are to be given to the descendants of Clan Snow for future use, for as long as this document exist. It shall be stored in a magically sealed scroll tube in the local capital of Carthage, and a second (copy) hidden in another magically sealed scroll tube in the Snow estate in southern Britain. A third may be copied further using the same storage in Byblos.   Any tampering or not of the relevant bloodline tampering with either will destroy the contents of the handled scroll tube. If this happens a further version can be created from the remaining version as long as the relevant bloodline is present.
"Yes we used to have a fortune, and land, mines in a far off country. Was quite successful though we fell on hard times. Thieving family members and all. That and some of those cursed items we had, at least in the abandoned mines. They wanted out into the world and we prevented that happening. Should've sold them and just moved on. Well, some of you might be able to reclaim all that some day."   Ivar Snow present head of Clan Snow, speaking 20 odd years ago to the clan as a whole.
