The God Who Never Was
The God That Never Was is a powerful entity that is as old as the Material Plane itself. Thrown from the heavens to the Material Plane, it travels from world to world causing havoc & despair wherever it walks. People are driven insane, animals turn on each other, plants wither & die, even civilisations rip themselves apart. So ancient is it, it doesn't even remember it's own name. So evil, that the ground it walks on warps & twists into strange disturbing landscapes that defies logic. Killed by the most powerful individuals over and over and over again, it never passes on to any other dimension, being drawn back into the body of an unborn baby on a planet in the Material Plane. The only way to prevent it is to draw upon the collective willpower of numerous deities, and their servants, to extinguish it forever. So far, this has proven difficult to do. By touching other creatures the God can cause horrific mental, emotional, and spiritual damage to it's victims.
The exact origins is not known as to the nature of this deity. All that is, is that the being is one of pure malice and evil. It's twisted view of the Multiverse is due to it never being allowed to go beyond the Material Plane and having no permanent worshippers in any great numbers. Also, after never being trapped in the amber of the Great World Tree it has never known anything else, and allowed to do whatever it wants. Over the billions of years of it's existence it has wiped out whole worlds, and civilisations, while at the same time mon others stopped before it can do such horrendous acts. It doesn't even remember it's own name let alone what it was destined to become, and now delights in the chaos it brings. Most worlds it has visited has thankfully avoided its clutches, yet it is speculated most religions treat it as a form of a number of evil deities, demons & devils. These names on Earth has been linked to Apep, Lucifer, Loki, and Kali to name but a very few of it's name. It does not actually correspond to any of these, but will use the names easily filling that role to accomplish the world's destruction.

Tenets of Faith
The followers of this deity believe in killing & destruction, the more the better. They want to see the world burn, and all life with it. They think nothing of other gods and are willing to bring low all other deities above all else for trapping it in the Material Plane.
Divine Goals & Aspirations
There's only one known goal to this deity: the destruction and death of all life, and the souls / spirits of every living thing absorbed into it. It doesn't matter what that 'thing' is, as long as it lies bloated in a ruined Multiverse, where it can do as it pleases at it's very centre.
