Zeno's Paradox: Overdrive

The latest in a franchise of action oriented Holo-Plays about a crew of space pirates who keep being recruited for covert operations for the Coalition Government.

Holo-Plays are a popular form of scripted entertainment on the Hellenistic worlds in the galaxy. People familiar with planet Earth often compare them to the concept of movies on Earth, with the difference being that holo-plays are holographic, instead of the 2D nature of movies. The primary venue are theaters, where the play is projected in a holographic dome on a round stage where the audience sits on bleachers in a semicircle around the stage.

The dashingly handsome, buff and charismatic Captain Edwards are on Dionysos to recruit some catamites to join his crew when a group of rogue government operatives perform a heist against Hotel Silenus and frames the crew of Zeno. Captain Edwards swears to the hotel owner, Mrs Daffodil, to clear his name and that of his crew, by capturing the group who framed them. A chase across the galaxy ensue with wild action sequences where the laws of physics only apply when it’s convenient to the plot. There’s banter, absurd one liners and at times quite pornographic.

Purpose

Entertainment for the audience while raking in profits for the production company and all involved, building on the success of the previous holo-plays in the franchise.
