Humans
Basic Information
Anatomy
This species has long been used as a standard for the body form of a sentient race, despite some grumblings in academia about the inaccuracy of sentience being tied to a bipedal bodyplan. Humans are typically born with two arms extending from their torso, and two legs from their pelvis. They have a singular head bearing two eyes, a nose, a mouth, two ears, and hair. They have opposable thumbs on their hands but not feet, and typically lack much body hair.
Growth Rate & Stages
Humans reach maturity at around 12 years old, and some have been known to live to be 90 years old, though this is rare without magic. Typically they live to be around 60.
Dietary Needs and Habits
Humans are omnivorous and able to eat a wide variety of foods that are not available to other creatures.
