Helta is the chaotic good goddess of liberating air. Helta has the dual nature of a carefree maiden and a wise crone. She encourages enjoyment of life and unrestricted choices of people to follow their dreams. She watches the past, present, and future for currents that affect people. It is believed that some dreams are visions of events to unfold, either to encourage the dreamer to continue down their current path, or to warn them of a disaster they could avoid.
