Tower

A square industrial tower on 51st Avenue North seems to have been used in some sort of quarrying or refinery operation at once time. It now appears to be abandoned and derelict, windowless, empty, and unseen except by the workers in the other industrial complexes nearby.
Appearances are, as always, deceiving. The Tower houses all the Talented law enforcement offices in Talented Nashville and has since it was abandoned as an industrial facility.
The Regulars take the lowest floors both of the Tower proper and the Silos. The Seraphim and Special Curse Crimes have offices on the middle floors. The Commissioner and administrative offices are on the top floor. The MBI takes the upper floors of the Silos.
There is also an extensive underground complex. All evidence workrooms and labs are located in the underground complex, as are the M-Coroner's offices and the Morgue. The holding cells for Talented criminals are on the lowest underground floor.  
As the Tower is the main law enforcement station in the regional Talented capital, it is connected to the Interstate Portal System.

Purpose / Function

The Tower houses the Department of Integrated Services law enforcement divisions, including the Seraphim, the Special Curse Crimes unit, M-Forensics, the MBI, the Regulars, and the M-Coroner.

Architecture

The Tower is eight stories tall at its tallest; the attached expansion (which appears to be silos) are four stories. The Tower is made of white concrete blocks, now weathered to a dirty gray, and looks from the outside to be not only depressingly industrial, but dingy, dirty, and derelict. Windows appear to be missing; the parking lot is empty except of piles of gravel and stones.
Various enchantments and enhancements make the Tower much more pleasant inside than it appears outside, however. Offices are glistening, modern, and comfortable; windows are wide and admit a great deal of sunlight. Elevators are efficient and pleasant, with an outside view.
The underground floors can be sealed off to serve as a bunker in case of attack, but the Tower has never been attacked. The underground bunker function can, and has been, used a tornado shelter.
