The Symbiosis Initiative

Circa 1941, The United States government refuses to formally get involved with the Second Great War, however, they create a covert operations organization called 'Reconnaissance and Intel Operations', to initially monitor the Axis Powers, as well as to monitor possible domestic threats. These operatives were highly skilled in espionage and tactical warfare. With the entry of the United States into the war, they were used in various operations to quietly weaken the Axis Powers and allow the Allied Powers to be victorious.   The year is 1962, RIO is now a formidable secret operations organization at the beck and call of the United States government. They are tasked with running espionage on the island of Cuba, and eliminating any possible danger to the rest of the world. This small Communist island will be the height of the ongoing Cold War, yet there is much more going on than meets the eye.
