Full Deities

The Full Deities or the Builder Gods, as they are also called, are the collection of deities known for their role in creating the world. They are tied to the different forces of nature that make up the world, and as such, all who live on the planet are reliant on them to some degree. This makes them less reliant on mortal worship for their power, though not as truly independent as the Greater Deities. Similarly most Full Deities are not worshipped in day to day life, though all acknowledge their role in the world. To qualify as a Full Deity a god must meet three conditions.
First, the Deity must control a domain that has become inherent to the world. The various aspects of nature that the world was constructed from give the current Full Deities this qualification, though it is possible for a lesser Deity's domain to become inherent if a sufficient portion of the population dedicates themselves too it. For example, if enough people dedicated themselves to waging war, and the world became engulfed in war for a long enough period of time to the point where war became seen as an inherent aspect of the world, than war gods would be able to meet the first qualification to try to become a Full Deity. Second, the Deity must gain complete control over one of the Planes of Reality. The current Full Deities each control one of the Elemental Planes, but should a Deity conquer one of the Alignment Planes then they would meet the second qualification. Third, the Deity must add something permanent to the nature world. This is less of a qualification, and more a sign that a Deity has reached a sufficient level of power, but it does serve as a way to cement a Deity's role and status. These tasks do not need to be accomplished in any specific order, and in fact completing any of them makes the others easier.
The signature ability that differentiates Full Deities from Lesser Deities, is the ability to create life. Full Deities are able to create new mortal life that is able to replicate itself, and are responsible for the majority sentient mortal life that inhabits the world today.
