Zomuin's Letter

Zomuin's Letter is a short piece of a letter sent by the emperor Zomuin II, who lived three thousand years ago. It is the only preserved piece written by Emperor Zomuin, whose reign was long, but left a strange lack of records behind. For a long time it was believed that Zomuin was a mythical person that didn't exist, until a letter was found in an unearthed ruin in __ just barely half a century ago.   The letter was written on deer hide, torn and stressed by the passing of time. It is unknown who the recipient of the letter was, but it has been confirmed that the letter, signed with Emperor Zomuins name and stamped with his assumed seal, was from the period of time when Zomuin would have reigned. It has been examined by experts, both mundane and magical, and has been declared to be real and thus the first proof of Emperor Zomuin's existence. It is believed that it was written toward the end of Emperor Zomuin's reign, as people assume that he is asking for help with an enemy that was trying to usurp him. If the person being asked for help did help or not is unknown. Likely, the recipient of the letter was close with the Emperor.
would it not? Thus This One implores Thy, This One's Beloved servant, to not turn down this request of aid in these darkest of times. With Thy aid, this troubling brewing of darkness within This One's heart will be so easily vanquished.   Yours, for Time and Beyond, Zomuin II.
So reads the letter piece. People like to speculate about the recipient, many theories being that it was another ruler or a military commander of some sort. The latter seems more plausible considering the word "servant" being included, but if the recipient was a servant of the Emperor, Zomuin should have been able to simply order them to help him.
