Perpmiserra

The Thirteenth Planet

Perpmiserra is the thirteen planet of the Scrapbook, and is part of the outer ring referred to as "The Ring of Ice", which encompasses the last four planets of the Scrapbook.
Perpmiserra is noted for its constant snow.

Geography

Perpmiserra has very hard, frozen ground. There are two large mountain ranges on the north and south ends of the planet.

Localized Phenomena

Perpmiserra is stuck in a permanent winter, hence it's name, due to it's distance from any stars. The temperature is regularly 4°C (39°F) during the day and sometimes lands closer to about -3°C (26°F) during the night. Even during the warmer months, the temperature barely rises over 4.4°C (40°F).

Fauna & Flora

Many of the fauna are borrowing creatures, as the ground is warmer and they can gain protection from the wind.
