The Sixteen

So, this is the culmination of millennia. These are the sixteen worlds of each of the Sixteen, seventeen legendary warriors who've gained immortality and spend it messing about, helping as many people as possible and trying not to accidentally kill each other.   Queen Máighréad DunKeld of Alba, now, was a brave and mighty archer. Descended from the kings of what we would now call Scotland, back about 1100, she allowed her people to thrive, and her kingdom lived as great as she did. She saw many advancements that formed the basis for our current civilisation. She was a warrior, and led her people into battle upon many occasion. She lost her mortality when a witch cursed her to forever stay in good health.   Chief Hiccup Horrendus Haddock the III, of the tribe of Berk, gave up half his soul to keep his people safe. There were dragons when he was a boy, and a chief protects his own. His life force was tied to that of his best friend, a Night Fury. An immortal dragon that lived for so long Hiccup watched the deaths of all he loved and continued existing. But he fashioned Berk into a paradise, just south of Svalbard, and his descendants live on in the North.   Jack Overland Frost, was Head of the Guardian Program. No king could command him. All he had was his belief in hope,
