The Sister Lands

The Sister Lands, also known collectively as Enveram, are three islands: Endurae, Elingam, and Elveronea. They were discovered 703 by the three brothers Endur, Eling, and Elver, who each named their islands respectively. The peace of the Sister Lands did not last.   Eling found three Crystals on his island: the Red Crystal of Truth, the White Crystal of Dreams, and the Blue Crystal of Wisdom. Endur was gifted the Red Crystal, and Elver was gifted the Blue Crystal. Jealous, Elver plotted to obtain the White Crystal from Eling. Eling, seeing visions of Elver attacking Elingam, attacked Elveronea first. The two islands have been at war ever since. The war continued, off and on in intensity, until the year 1123. The war was mended by the marriage alliance of Princess Odelia Spearford Elingam and King Fraser Elveronea.   The Sister Lands were not threatened as a whole until 1121. Dimtalon, a native of, but traitor to, Endurae, attacked all three of the Sister Lands, hoping to obtain the three Crystals. The three islands banded together and defeated Dimtalon in 1123. Endurae became a center of trade for the three islands as it owned the Fishing Islands, grew and chopped trees, and harvested valuable commodities.
