Project: JUMPER

Mutation:
Subject QJ-001 appears to be capable of teleportation within a space that it can reasonably conceive. This puts great stress on the subject due to lack of familiarity with it's power.
It is to be assumed that Subject QJ-001 would be capable of teleportation in ranges much larger than is currently displayed.
Addendum: Subject QJ-001's powers appear to be happening on a molecular level. It will be further referenced as Quantumjump. It is within reason to believe that it's powers are not limited to spacial jumps.

Entry #001 - QJ-001-1
Subject appears hesitant about the procedures and remains so even after being informed that there was no point during the following procedure it would be harmed.
Subject exhibits restrains early on into the procedure, showing symptoms of fear.
Subject appears to be unfamiliar with its own mutation and therefore exhibits fear of using them.

Entry #023 - QJ-001-1
Subject operates with newfound confidence. Treatment appears to be having a positive effect on the Subject's connection to its mutation.
Although the subject's condition seems to be improving during testing phases, it is rapidly deteriorating during off times, resolving to harmful methods of stimulating itself.
Subject will be restrained in off-phases.

Entry #056 - QJ-001-01
Subject has successfully expanded its capabilities concerning the Quantumjump. It appears as though Dr. 's theories were correct. The subject seems to be capable of breaking through the barriers of time and space due to its mutation.
On Dr. 's orders, the subject will be held under anesthesia during off times to reduce the risk of the subject using its mutation in an uncontrolled environment.
Addendum Entry #056: The subjects success in overcoming the barrier between time and space appears to have consequences on an unexpected level. It seems like the usage of the subject's mutation has created a second instance of the subject. This additional instance will be referred to as QJ-001-01a.
