Wurzeldorf Stables

The city of Wurzeldorf has stables just inside every gate. They're all owned by the city, but run by individual stable masters. Travellers can pay a small fee to let their horses rest, feed, and otherwise be taken care of at the stables while conducting their business in the city - or they can pay for a fully rested and ready horse if they're in a hurry, leaving their old horse as part of the payment.
The stables can also house mounts other than horses, as long as they don't disrupt the horses' peace.
