Word of your difficulties has stretched across the ocean to our shores and our hearts mourn with you your losses and our voices raise with your own to celebrate your victories. A new age dawns over the realm of man, an age in which we shall no longer be judged by the deeds of our forebearers but by our own actions. Old blood will seek to deny us this, keep to your path and do not let their weight burden your ascent.

To All Settlers of This New World,
Empress Hertegard Van Klanf , the New Flame, Heir to Ashes, the Bane of Abominations, Conqueror of the New World, Slayer of Heathers, Spirit of Valbanes, and Ruler of The Carrylean Empire extends her embrace to the young kingdoms of The Discovered Lands . As a generous token of welcome she has gifted to each settlement wares and supplies to ease their troubles. In addition she has authorized each city to receive an embassy of the Glorious Carrylean Empire to facilitate trade and good relations.
In this new world we are the spirit of our people and the promise of a tomorrow blessed under the eyes of the Privii and the spirit of the Fathers. The old ways are breaking, sundered with the flames of the mount - a sign of our Fathers desire for new beginnings. We ask that the settlements of the New World reject the bonds of the Old, throw off the banner of the Exculpate, and form a new and better order aligned with our most noble Empress Hertegard Van Klanf . No oath, no tax, no banner is required, all we ask is that you seek the truth of the New World with open heart and mind. Any who agree will be shielded under the aegis of the Empire, long may it reign.
