Citadel of the Yuan-Ti

Buried somewhere in the swamps lays a massive pyramid-like complex, a citadel for the strange creatures known as the Yuan-Ti. Fabia Ludus spoke of blood rites, endless pits of strange liquids, and row after row of imprisoned creatures kept for the vile serpent's mad whims.
