Exhaustion Rules
As this campaign revolves around a long and grueling journey lasting several months, the Exhaustion rules from Appendix A in the Player's Handbook will come into play frequently.
In addition, the following house rule will be in effect:
Finishing a Long Rest reduces a creature's exhaustion level by 1, provided that the creature has also ingested some food and drink. However, remember that a character can't benefit from more than one long rest in a 24-hour period.
Each time a character gets knocked unconscious due to going to 0 hit points or less, they receive a level of Exhaustion when they recover.
