Ren is a trans man, but because he has undergone extensive surgeries (sponsored by his boss, Nikias Demiurge ), he's virtually indistinguishable from other men.

After joining the ranks of Nikias Demiurge as one of his personal mercenaries, Ren met and became very close friends with Dexter and Cameron. The three of them are Nikias' loyal lapdogs and are known in Everdom's underworld as the "Hyenas". Among the three of them, Ren takes the role of an older brother for Dex and Cam, supporting their wild and often bloodthirsty shenanigans while also holding them back from getting themselves into trouble.

Family Ties

Ren was kicked out by his family for being transgender. He hasn't had any contact with them since.
