Dyane

Dyane are low-powered beings hailing from Oberon. They are called the Creators. Most modern technology originates from the Dyane. The Dyane created the first space fairing ship and maintain the Rift Orbiting Station. 
Dyane are characterized by violet eyes, varying skin tones, small fanged teeth, and genetic markings along their limbs.  Dyane are innately mechanically and technologically intuitive people.
