Jobal is the 4th merchant prince of port kitawaki, he and the other six rule over torrent in as a mercantile power. he's trade is guides mercenaries, ship crews, and ships. however, what separates him from most of the merchant princes is that he doesn't trade internationally and he is the solemn builder and recruiter of guards and navy for the government. in addition Jobal made a fortune as a wilderness guide when the party he was working for discovered a stunning cache of torentenese gold and jewels. Miraculously, only Jobal survived the gauntlet of attacks the jungle threw at him, making it back to Port Nyanzaru in a canoe laden with treasure. There’s no doubt he’s led a life of adventure; his body bears many scars from his escapades. His chief spy, confidante, and consort is Aazon Talieri.
