Ifan Talro'a is the 2nd merchant prince of port kitawaki, he and the other six rule over torrent in as a mercantile power. he's trade is in trained beasts and beasts pelts . however, what separates him from the other merchants is that he cant sell internationally because nations see these behemoths as untrainable monsters so he only trades within the country. in addition Ifan Talro'a is a greedy, conniving man. He is jealous of Wakanga O'tamu’s magical power and Ekene-Afa’s reputation from the streets. Talro’a sells animals that can be trained as mounts or pets, including dinosaurs and flying monkeys. Ifan has no family and no close relationships. He is naturally distrustful of everyone. Ifan Talro’a employs dozens of trappers throughout Port kitawaki who capture beasts that can be used as companions, mounts or harvested for their fine pelts. majority of the trapped beasts are sent to Carcas to be farmed.
