The village

Government

Chiselled forts for kings, enclosed by the guarding marble wall, held up by carved out statues (monolithic pillars). They’re formed by masons into goliaths toe, standing in the fertile land. Connected only by a beautiful bridge to the village. The strongholds inhabitants are called Barons, wearing amulets, which jewels embody ancestors (stars) who guard them out of the abyss. Their word is law. Their pure hands rule over people like figurines, retaking territories on game boards. Clowns are those lords who arrange operas, for beautiful slaves to participate in. Be bought, or die for the theatre. They mock slaves with their own masks. Over the bridge lies the belfry temple, tuning melodies telling time. Clerics, take in orphans as well as offerings to the shrine as levy. They inhabit the tombs of foes beneath the cathedral, mummifying monsters, imprisoning them in sarcophaguses. Those who turn insane are called priests, igniting randomly dwellers at the pillory. They read comet tails and solar flares, marking reincarnated people with brands.

Defences

The dwellers live in timbered Huts. They’re surrounded with carved barricades, from piles of wooden planks. Carved in it is the marionette-door. Its arms repair itself and hinder foreigners from entering. The hole village is a great forum. Merchants, buy and sell a wide selection of goods and favours, withholding some to make them more valuable. Due to a lack of space, the city is compressed around the mountain and build on a slope. Ladders lead to the more expensive flats. Stairs to the castle. Swindlers, murdering, stealing and haggling, give dwellers loans, for their organs at the moulding market. Made out of thrown away moulded wood from old timbered huts. Thieves, looters mark places with runes, depending on their risks and values. Existing outside of the village and the law. Their Arena, not more than a hole in the dirt, inhabits warriors. Barbaric berserkers, brutally brawling, until being bought by barons into their battalion. Battling over recourses and territories. Paladins (Blin) and Knights (Boldt) are loyal veteran mercenaries, they wear heavy armour which they are never to remove. They protect the village.

Industry & Trade

Far away, puffed tents hang on ropes all over. They are filled with knitted, woven, sewn, and quilted tapestry embraided fleece and cloth. Intimidating puppets (scarecrows) decrease the dents vandalisms. They are the homes of trolls, inventive artisans, forging tools and contraptions for the village, settling around mines, they are removed, isolated eremites. They heal the wounded and sick, writing recipes for medicines. They cook the Homunculi to be served and the herculean to serve the kings. Gnome slaves wander around. Seeking, climbing, mining, digging, chopping, plugging, carrying, recourses out of the remembered world into the village. Ogre lords, cut of the villages supply. They retake territories, freeing slaves, rebelling, selling their recourses for a high price back to the capital.
