Barassel Outpost
The northeast of Nidavellir is a rough and largely lawless place due to its remote and rugged terrain, so Barassel Outpost does not find itself harrassed by the authorities. Especially as this is where the favorite illicit goods of the nobility come into the kingdom. Especially especially since the outpost is friendly with the local dragon.
Tucked into a mountain hollow and obscured from the sea by cliffs and a large cave, Rockfall fjord came into use as a black market port over 1000 years ago, and despite control of the area changing hands endless times, retains its original use.
Some few make their permanant homes here, trappers and hunters and accounts men, and of course the famous mead makers (let's not forget the poison makers too), but far more are passers through.
