Urino
The culture and ethnicity that most Sumiini fall into. The culture revolves around the dark and deep waters of the Underdepths, and a great reverence to it. The creatures of the abyss are often seen as messengers from the "Other Side" (myth suggests this is maybe the Planet of Abyss).
This had lead to diving becoming such a popular sport, that upwards of 95% of the population in an Urino area will partake in diving, resulting in the worlds best. They have been observed diving from heights over 200m. They use enhancements and Vitus to negate the deadly forces that result from diving at such heights, though this is a fact often missed by other cultures or species, resulting in the legend that they are actually native to the abyssal waters, rather than the land.
