Manticore

The manticore is a magical species of chimera native to the southern Carthannas region, characterized by its large bat-like wings and spiny, scorpion-like tail.

Anatomy

A manticore has the body and head of a lion, the wings of a bat, and the tail of a scorpion. A typical adult manticore is about 10 feet long and weighs about 1,000 pounds. Manticores are capable of speaking Draconic.
