Alistair Sebastian Roach (9 Onover 2258 ME) is the current Governor of Shang Hi prison. Born the only child of High Seat Sebastian Roach and Seong Tsunoda, he was expected to inherrit the position upon his father's death. Instead, following his contraction of lycanthropy during his Change, Roach abandoned his inheritance and travelled the Plateau.
