History
When the Greater Tulvian Empire was forced to disband after the war, a giant power vacuum was formed in the centre of Arcia.
What once was Holy Etheria was no filled with dozens of small states, that started to fight each other for control.
Bernd Ratler, leader of Greater Valkand, had a dream, he was heartbroken to see his fellow Xavarian people fight over land against each other and outside powers like Hulgaris and As-Gallia. so he wanted to unite his people, peacefully. and he dedicated his entire life to it, out of his hard work and a couple of wars here and there, he formed Xavaria and filled the power vacuum, from there on Xavaria got the blessing of Vychara as long as they promise to maintain the powerbalance and not use their military might to upset it.
In the war against the empire of stahl the Xavarian empire fell but his people fought on under the ranks of Etheria and after the sunder they reclaimed their land and rebuilt their empire. It's been 88 years and there is still lots to do, but with their determination, their sights on a Xavarian Utopia and the blessing of Vychara, they will definitely not be held back.

Territories
They currently hold land where the Xavarian people live, and some extra's in what was once Valkand.
Military
They have a professional army, it's not large but very highly trained, they do not need to garrison cities like their neighbouring nations, since they have a special division for that. This army is in theory ready for war.
Foreign Relations
Xavaria follows the goddess of war, which means they would go to war when it's possible to uphold the balance of the Averia penincula. At this point Etheria threatens this delicate balance with their expansion after the Stahlist invasion. But at the moment they do not have the power to invade such a nation.
Agriculture & Industry
The southerm amd eastern parts are filled with farms while the north and around the capital is very industrialized, While the industrial heartland might be small compared to other lands, their efficient way of making products shows that they do not need a big industrial heartland, they can make as much as the larger nations can.
Infrastructure
Some of the roads that lead towards the south and west are Stahlist made, these roads are made from a dark substance which is harder than the average stone, The roads are extremely flat which makes them one of the most efficient roads of the world. so the Xavarian empire rebuild their entire infrastructure system around these roads.
