Personal history
Born in 2031, in the middle of the age of Tulvian aggression.
He lived a lavish life under his father's rule even though the empire was extremely unstable thanks to food shortages.
These shortages came to be thanks to the war in the south, most food was bought from Etheria and Tulvia, but both nations cancelled their food trades after the war started, leaving the cold and bitter lands of Everia to starve.
Everia saw multiple rebellions of the more short lived people, like dwarves and humans through these trying times. Dericote, wanting to get some military experience offered to lead the armies to crush these rebellions.
In 2184 he lead a coup against his own father and killed him in a skirmish that developed in the throne room. Now in power thanks to his guard he embargoed the Tulvian empire effectively ending the war.
He later married with a human girl named Elisa Berchtold from Xavaria and got two elven sons named Matthias and Isaac, a half elven son named Octavian and an elven daughter named Nathalie.
His empire was bordering right besides the Stahlist invasion when it started in 2270 and he lost huge tracts of land thanks to it, if it wasn't for the goliaths from the north there wouldn't be much of an Everia left. After the week-long war he made a pact with Norvelland and Gol as a token of appreciation, alienating Everia to the southern nations, which believe to this day that Dericote's mind is infected with primal thoughts thanks to those goliaths.
Even through the sunder he maintained the status quo from 2031, refusing his goverment to shift and evolve. the collapse of his empire is now just a matter of time with the second age of enlightenment picking up speed.
