Marshal Sversky

Ruthless

For 30 years before his fall, Sversky was General of Guldor, and Commander of the Common Army of Vostroya, one of the largest armies in the Old World. He has created the First Born Tax and is the creator of this military behemoth. He used a conspiracy to grow fear in the minds of the other Dukes about the eastern Wasteland, and took away their peoples sons.
His rule was ruthless, he transformed Guldor into a machine of war and discipline, by enforcing cruel tactics to keep the morale high, like sacrificing a whole unit to keep the others in line. For all this time he saw the fall of King Lupercal and its consequences, in his own mind, he came to the conclusion that none of the Dukes could ever be king, so he gave himself all the military power using this conspiracy.

Marshal

After the rise of Duke Furio, Sversky decided to accelerate his plans and name himself Marshal of Vostroya, making him the sole commander of all military units in the country. This was a step too far, and the other Dukes saw through his scheme. They assembled in Zamokret and outlawed the First Born Tax, officially declaring war on the Marshal.
Being alone against three other duchies, Sversky made the mistake of calling external help through the bankers of Taaj in Tat Kvaab. He was followed there by mercenaries of Saint Vance, Lord Salazar, the Emperor, the Soul, Lord Melqior, and a cat named Philibert. after battling inside the city of Gold itself and fleeing through the jungle, Sversky was finally caught and brought back to Saint Vance, ending his tyrannical military reign.
He is now locked away deep beneath the Black Fortress of the Inquisition, slowly losing his mind.
