Eastern Savannah

The eastern savannah is a wide region just east of the main mountain ridge dividig east and west of the Land. It reaches south and southeast almost as far as the sea. Northward it´s boundary is a great river.
This wide plain with the highlands to the west is home to many wandering animals as grass is is main plant feature. Also it is home to the Gnomes , a wandering people, very skilled in healing.
There are only few and small rivers winding through the savannah and many of them fall dry during the months of late summer leaving behind only small pools of standing water. For this, water is the most precious thing to all its inhabitants.
