Central Government

The Central Government is the larger organization overseeing all functions within the Okuda Cluster. Originally formed when SecComm began colonization efforts in the Cluster, the Central Government has since reformed with the collapse of its sponsoring organization and keeps a tight hold over the worlds of the Cluster.
