Lundarbrekka (Lun-daar brek-ka)

Lundarbrekka: Lundarbrekka is the shinning beacon of the east, with colossal knowledge, research and trade, it is second only to the capitol, Jokulvikra. The city is unique in it being one of the most fortified and self sufficient cities with a host of defence measures in case of attack and miles of crop land.   Language: Due to Lundarbrekkas primarily human population the people of the city speak common with some far travellers speaking other languages.   Geography: The city sits on a large portion of flat land by the coast, the city is enormous and to the north of it boasts giant gates with only 2 entry points into the city from the mainland and one from the southern islands. Each entry point into the city is important for trade and commerce. It is in a hotter climate.   Relations: Lundarbrekka has relations with all other major cities in the Midgard and keeps good relations in aims for trade of both goods and knowledge, with the cities main export being Spices and fine cloths.   Organisations and Governments: Midgard Global council: The Midgard global council works here only by name however very loosely, the city is not run by them in the aspect of most of the decisions made are not them however they are the figurehead.   Ö-havslÆ Trading association: Lundarbrekka agrees to the trading of the cities and helps with trades by supplying routes for traiding to continue and be maintained however is rather on the edge due to the large cost that other cities and companies have to pay   The seiðr (Seith) Freemasons clan: The seiðr Freemasons clan is a formidable guild working from primarily the city and control it with an iron fist. While the global council as well as the trading association have tried to crush them and take back the city it was mostly unsuccessful due to the might of them and their access to dangerous and illegal magiks.   Law and order: Law and order is maintained by the seiðrs hand, a small millitary under the aforementioned thieves guild. They rule and protect based on a system of paying and protection from themselves and other smaller guilds they attracted to the city.   Places of interest: The Hestfjoror Sundial: This is an ancient broken tower at the center of Lundarbrekka that is said to be see able from miles, the top rotates on a joint and can aim to any part of the sky however when activated releases a colossal and ear wrenching whirring noise before shutting off. It is believed that it used to be a bridge to Asgard.   The great magik Association: This is a great school of magics and magiks, it is regarded as the mother of modern runes and the father of modern magic, exporting more spells and runes than anywhere else, mostly for travel and some for weaponry and armour.
