Ö-havslÆ (Oh -Havseye)

Ö-havslÆ: Ö-havslÆ is one of the oldest cities in Midgard and has remained this way due to its separation from the mainland and tight borders. It excels in transport of goods and especially edibles such as fish and grains due to the whole of the island being taken up by the city.     Language: People in Ö-havslÆ mostly speak the common tongue, however some elders speak Old Tongue   Geography: Ö-havslÆ sits on an island that is basically flat. The city is to the north with the south being taken up with farming for animals and plants with trade routes across the island to allow for the people to quickly export goods across Midgard   Relations: Due to the cities expansive trade it is regarded as a city not to mess with for loss of goods and services. It has relations with most of the large cities. It also has good relations with the Fort Kekri due to them having trade agreements and a port to take goods and send them on the roads to other cities.   Organisations and Governments: Ö-havslÆ Trading association: This is the backbone for the cities economy and although there is a council it practically runs the city as well as is a collective of all the smaller traders.   Midgard global council: The Midgard global council is a collective of councils from the main cities in the Midgard alliance, each city in it has access to free trade as well as protection through the Midgard joined militia.     Law and order: Order is maintained in the city through trade and agreements however in terms of military might, the city is guarded by the Midgard Joined militia, this was only implemented in the last 15 years due to bandits in the city who would ransack it for goods.   Places of interest:
