Prophecy of the ages

The prophecy you've been given by the Val'kyr, is the following:

When the ages come and go, when the paths of death are stable no more
Look out on the horizon and stay the path
A following shall arise, whom shall surprise against all odds
They shall defeat the aspects of death itself
The coming of the void shall be halted
And the souls will flow again, to their final destination
