East Earcen

East Earcen is a citystate located in the north western side of Deaangach.
East Earcen is known as the magical city of the alliance. while nowhere near as advanced as the scholars in Gubrarat, the mages of East Earcen have done some pretty impressive discoveries themselves. They are the only city in the alliance to rely on Magic-Tek, even if it is imported.
The city is ruled by the De Silva family, currently Salem de Silva, who is heavily investing in magic research. She is hoping to try and turn the small magic city into a competitor to Gubrarat and their mages.
