Public Agenda
The Holy Order exists to train paladins in the arts of adventuring. They train their initiates in combat, healing, and to channel divine magic.
Aside from training and taking responsibility for their member's actions, the Holy Order is one of the most proactive Guilds, often partnering with their kin in the Brotherhood of Light to send their members out into the Multiverse to offer aid to the natives.
Assets
The Holy Order's is headquartered in the Hub, in a compound of buildings collectively known as the Temple District, which they share with the Brotherhood of Light. Aside from training, living, and worship facilities, the Guild operates the House of Judgement, used for passing judgement against their own members. Other Guilds will use the House of Judgement and Holy Order Inquisitors when disciplining their own members.
History
When the Hub was raised and the adventuring guilds began to headquarter themselves there, several different orders of paladins set up chapters there. Knowing the different faiths would eventually result in conflict, the masters of each order attempted to create one order. Despite initial failures, efforts continued, and in 50 AH, the "temporarily named" Holy Order was founded, a single order devoted to all faiths and no faiths.
The Holy Order has continued to provide its services to the collected Multiverse into the modern day.
