History
Fahla'surni was created for the Hantheer by the Speaker. It is a plane between the Mortal World and the Ethereal Plane. Sometimes wanderers can see glimpses of it on misty peaks near the Holy Basin.

Fahla'surni is populated exclusively by Hantheer, with a population of about 10,000.
Territories
Fahla'surni is a forested steppe. While much of the city is level, the area would it is rocky, allowing for the harts to prosper in the region.
Military
Hantheer do not have a standing military, though they do have a peace keeping force for within the city and masters of martial arts to train exclusively World Walker apprentices.
