Titles of the Castellan Kingdom

Noble Ranks

  Most nobility are styled as Sir or Lady.   High King / Queen — The supreme ruler of the Castellan Kingdoms.
Count / Countess — The ruler of a County.
Marchess / Marchioness — The ruler of a March.
Bannermaster — The head of the personal army of a noble House.
Chamberlain — A member of the Chamber of Peers.  

Council Ranks

  The Grand Councilate is the council of the High King or Queen.   Viceroy / Vicereine — The deputy of the Monarch.
Grand Clerk — The secretary of the Grand Councilate.
 

Military Ranks

  All military ranks are said before the name of the individual. Military veterans are also allowed to go by their former rank as long as they were were not dishonorably discharged.  

Upper Command

  Imperator — The Supreme commander of the The Castellite Millitary
Strategor — Military advisors to the Imperator
Admiral — The commander of the Castellite navy.
Officier — An officer of the Castellite army.
  Marcher Lord — The commander of a regiment.
Bannerlord — The leader of a Banner.
Lord Cuirassier — The commander of a unit of Cuirassiers.
Lord Cavalier — The commander of a unit of Cavaliers.
Lord Archer — The commander of a unit of Archers.
Lord Evoker — The commander of a unit of mage artillery.
Fleetmaster — The commander of a fleet.
 

Enlisted

  Banneret — A senior rank that assists the Bannerlord in running the Banner.
First Pike — A senior rank that stands on the far sides of a banner to maintain formation
First Sword — A senior rank that commands a Gauntlet when not part of the Banner.
Archer — A senior rank that assists the Lord Archer.
Pikeman — An infantry soldier who serves primarily as anti-cavalry.
Swordsman — An infantry soldier who serves in other roles.
Marksman — A military archer.
Recruit — A soldier-in-training.
  Cuirassier — A soldier who serves as heavy cavalry.
Cavalier — A soldier who serves as light cavalry.
Squire — An aspiring Cuirassier or Cavalier, still under training.
  Evoker — A senior rank for military mages.
Battlemage — A mage who serves in the army. Not necessarily proficient in artillery magic.
Aspirant — A Battlemage-in-training.
  Shipmaster — A commander of a single warship. Usually the owner of said ship.
Mariner — A soldier who serves in the navy.
Cadet — A Mariner-in-training.
