Dossier D003 - Glovehandulous
D003
Glovehandulous
Summary
A Human of
Denian ethnicity with a strong build and dark complexion. I've been tracking him for some time; even before the formation of the current team, in fact. He would be a prime candidate if not for Ness and A7 being far more beneficial options. I'm currently unsure of how his power works, how much we can trust him, or if he is truly worth pursuing, but I feel that will be the case with most of these dossiers.
Species
Human
Age
25
Visual Identifiers
Eyes: Brown
Skin Tone: Dark
Hair Color: N/A
Height: 6'2
Markings: Red spiral tattoo forming a crown-like shape on his brow. (Common among members of the
Red Suns.)
Abilities
Observed reports suggest that this individual utilizes a variety of hand-ware to augment his abilities. As of writing, I am uncertain how he manages this, however reports suggest it may be color based. Witnesses testify that he has created fire, water, electricity, and miasma from his palms. He is also said to be unnaturally strong, capable of flight, and extremely obnoxious. That last one is common hearsay.
Possible Weaknesses
Though my experience with him personally is non-existent, eye-witness testimonies have helped me to piece together a few possibilities for disabling or otherwise stopping an attack from the subject. The obvious and primary answer is to remove his hands. This would result in the subject being rendered powerless. This however, should only be used as a last resort if the team should face him, as the objective would be to recruit his aid, not disable him permanently. It should also be noted that his self-righteous ideals of right and wrong could be utilized by a well-spoken team member in order to coerce him. A less permanent solution to combat engagement may be to somehow separate him from his gloves though this tactic would be extremely high-risk considering his capabilities.
Last Known Whereabouts
Glovehandulous was last reported actively harassing supply lines linked to the
Schnee Dust Company within the
Nierra Sector. I suspect this action is a direct result of recent suspicions among members of
ABIN regarding the Schnee Dust Company's legal legitimacy and potential frontage links to
:Null Sector:.
