Centuries in the future large swaths of the Earth have been wiped out in nuclear warfare, while others have been spared and/or rebuilt.

In what was Continental Europe, several large cities have grown to the point where they became a vast city, the Metroplex.

It’s an enormous Diesel Punk city, ruled by a fascist dictator and, though the government denies their existence, it’s plagued by dragons, which crawls around air ducts, steals bacon and sets fire to things. And deep in an abandoned tube station something big is moving around, shaking the foundations of buildings.

A one man pest control firm specializes in exterminating dragons, and alerting people to the existence of the very real monsters. He is constantly harassed by the cruel police force that go by the initials S.P.A.R.T.O.I.
