The story of Maytuda's raise to the Heavens and her brother's Feldar's fall is well known. What is less well known is what happened next.
With Dalia watching her closely Maytuda took a while to raise anyone else up to the heavens and when she did she would very careful, only having those truly worthy ascend healers who had sacrificed much in their lives for others. Maytuda would pick two each hundred years and as such more stars were added to the sky around hers. They fell down from her star like tears in two streams before after more than 1000 years coming back together to form a tear drop in the sky with Maytude's brighter star at its top. There have not been more stars added in some time but there is always place for more.

Granted Divine Powers
This is an organization of Gods they get their powers like that of other Gods from the Heavens and the Mother Goddess herself.
They are gifted with exceptional healing abilities though they usally choice to heal in mundane ways inless they have to. They are the guardians of great heroes of the world as well as those who can not look after themselves. While Maytuda can not travel to The World the others under her can and she often sends them down to watch over those in nees.
