Black Disks

The compacted dung of the Dragon Bat. It is collected and then compressed into disks. These are then used as fuel sources for fires. Unlike the fesses of other animals for some reason that of Dragon bats has no smell. This means that it can be used inside house the same as wood or other similar material can be, and is often used as an alternative fuel sources.   There is some stigma about using it as some consider it to be unclean, because of this many in the upper classes will refuse to use it at all. However others thing that despite its odorless quality it can effect things if you cook with it. because of this there is a sub set of the population that will often use it as a fuel for cooking. It is said that it brings out an earthy flavor in food that is unlike that in anything else, and there are whole cook books on how to use it to the most effect in culinary expeditions. It is mostly used to cook meat, particularly meat form the Telberg Cows is said to be made into the most amazing delicacy using these disks as a primary head source.    To acquire this substance one must retrieve if from he caves where the Dragon Bat live. Luckily this is not too challenging of a task, as despite the beasts danger they do often leave there caves and are known to move around a lot leaving the caves vacant for scavengers to pick though. Because of their large size they also produce plenty of dung which when found is normally already fairly dry so it does not take much to compact into the mold and the sell it. Because of this the material is fairly cheep.
