    Purchased Tier 3 access on October 7th 2020. It's now November 10th 2020 and I STILL haven't be given access. Sent two contacts to FGG asking what's going on and still no word. Just plain being ignored at this point.

    I bought a subscription, used the activation link (https://www.worldanvil.com/w/the-lost-lands/activate) but after submitting my subscription code, I just get a 404 error.

    FYI anyone reading this the Frogs activated mine almost instantly. I think these people complaining didn't follow the instructions to send message to help desk via discord.

    So, I'm not exactly clear on what is included in the different tiers. It looks like the Lost Lands content in World Anvil is the same across tiers, the only difference is the discount on their store and the extra art and maps. But looking at their store, I'm a little confused about what is in World Anvil for their setting - is it just world info/lore in World Anvil, and I'd then be buying each adventure individually in their store?

    So it works on my phone, but in my browser on my lap top it says I am not a member. How do I fix this issue?
