If you are new to the game and want the bare minimum to understand what is happening, here is what you should read:

• An introduction to the DMs
• Expectations for you and for us
• A primer on how to roleplay
• How to join or start an adventure in this campaign
• An introduction to Comfort Dice, the most important house mechanic in this campaign

  If you want to know more about this game and the setting of it, read:

• An introduction to the world
• The map of the continent
• The Year King's declaration to House Wylder

  Once you're ready to make a character, read these:

• A guide for making a character, intended for new players
• Campaign-specific character creation rules
• A rundown of every job your character can have
• An extra little buff to intelligence

Then it's time to read THE GUIDE. This will walk you through the process of creating a character on World Anvil and joining the campaign. Don't worry, it's wordy but not too hard. If you are having trouble setting up a character sheet let us know and we will help. Once you've finished creating your character, introduce them in the #introduce-your-character channel in the Discord, and when you've finished all of this, it's time to find an adventure to go on!
