Spectral Weapons

Spectral Weapons are a special category of enchanted armaments. There weapons can be stored and summoned from the pocket dimension, somewhat like the bag of holding creates. A being attuned to this weapon can, at will, summon or dismiss it.
Most of this weapons have other enchantments on them as well that further improve their combat utility.
These weapons are particularly popular among spies, nobles and used widely in Akhatai.
Because of the nature of enchanting these are more popular for simple weapons like daggers or swords, more complex weaponry are significantly more costly and time consuming to create eg. guns, crossbows.
One of the famous Spectral Weapons, and possibly the first one is the Fickle Blade, one of Cardinal Blades, a chaotic neutral sentient weapon
There are also other types of spectral items, any piece of equipment can be enchanted as such. Armor, tools and jewellery are known to be enchanted like that, but these too require considerable resources and time.

Gameplay Mechanic

Spectral weapon can be summoned from the pocked dimension as a bonus action and dismissed as free action. Weapon can be always dismissed, as long as it is on the same plane of existence as the attuned creature. If the weapon and attuned creature are on different planes, the attunement is broken and the weapons is lost. First attack with this weapon is made at advantage, unless the attacked creature cannot be surprised. The advantage is granted only once per combat.
