Era

The Era is a planet in the Material Plane, orbiting a star with period of 1 standard year. Era is orbited by two moons Lumera that orbits with a period of 40 days and Umbra that orbits with period of ~19 days.

Era is mainly covered by various seas and oceans:

• The Great Ocean is located to the east of Etano, and to the west of Verdant, crossed only by Sea Elves, mostly unexplored, even its size is unclear.
• The Oresian Ocean is located west of Etano, east of Verdant and south of Frigtell, it is well explored, full of populated trade routes and by extension piracy, there are several islands that some of Oresian City States are located
• The Narrow Sea - relatively narrow sea located in between northern part of Etano and Frigtell, it has strong currents and is one of most important passages between two Oceans

There are three main continents:

• Etano - (form ancient elven name of Aetanoya which means New Lands) - with The Crater in the centerwest, Valar Empire, Border Princes, Eastern Wastelands, The Maze, The Blackglade, Akhatai (Land of the Prophets), and some of Oressian City States. It is located in the middle of most maps. By far the largest of continents
• Verdant - a western and barely explored continent, there are colonies of both Akhatai ant the Empire and also a city state of Muan-dabi, a civilized and exotic state that developed in isolation from other powers, currently part of Oresian City States. There is much less shadows and hybrids than on Etano, there are many dangers connected to wildlife, indigenous tribes, monsters and many others. Verdant is relatively rich in rare plant life necessary for alchemy, metals rare on Etano, Shards
• Frigtell - a northern mysterious continent, by far the smallest of the three, covered by frozen tundra, there is a famous dwarven city of Kadmin is located in mountainous area of Frostwrought, on the edges of a massive borehole penetrating into depths of underdark. There are some dwarven holds in these lands, an independent trading post of Margrad in Glassed Bay

Other locations:

• Flying Archipelago - an extensive archipelago of flying islands in the Great Ocean, not much is known about them, other that Sea Elf roaming society of Ahut'Am have settlements on some of these islands and that there are many ancient structures there
